Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:

Do you want to embark in a fun, fulfilling career in the cannabis industry? Do you already have cannabis experience but looking for a change? White Label Extracts is hiring for a part-time Cleaning Technician! The Cleaning Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire cannabis extraction site. This includes all areas of the building, as well as working closely with the extraction team to meet their specific cleaning needs. The cleaning tech would also spend 1-2 hours cleaning our print shop in addition to our extraction building!

**Schedule - Wed & Thursday's 7:15-5:45 8-10 hours in extraction (schedule may likely change after orientation period is over to Thursday/Friday)** Another 1-2 hours is available to be spent cleaning our Print Shop AFTER our Extraction building has been taken care of each week. This is not included in the 8-10 hours**

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the building, including bathrooms, floors, counters, and any other required areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment used in the extraction process.
• Work with the extraction team to address their specific cleaning needs and ensure their equipment and workspaces are maintained to high standards.
• Follow cleaning protocols to ensure all areas meet company standards.
• Dispose of waste materials according to company policies.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs for supply orders
• Document cleaning activities accurately and maintain cleaning logs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• OLCC Permit
• Previous cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict protocols.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work seated in a temperature controlled workspace (cooler) for long periods of time.
• Close visual focus required.
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
