Construction Cleaning Technician – Eagle 1 Cleaning

Eagle 1 Cleaning is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our crew as Construction Cleaning Technicians. We specialize in new construction commercial cleaning, helping contractors and builders deliver spotless, move-in ready spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and prep new commercial construction sites

• Remove dust, debris, and trash from floors, windows, and surfaces

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum finished areas

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas

• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE

• Notify supervisors of any issues or damages onsite

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cleaning or labor experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule

• Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, walking)

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Pay & Benefits:

• $17.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Full-time or Part-time position. Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
