Job summary

You will conduct daily tours, coordinate staffing, lead safety huddles, manage training and performance reviews, and maintain records. A strong background in janitorial supervision within manufacturing, experience with unions, and solid computer skills are required to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of janitorial supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience working with unions.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Strong customer service/relationship skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily facility tours to inspect work.
• Coordinate staffing to meet schedules and customer needs.
• Facilitate weekly customer review meetings.
• Respond to customer concerns and inquiries.
• Train staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead by example for safety and ethics.
• Conduct daily safety huddles per standards.
• Maintain time and attendance records.
• Monitor inventory and manage materials and services.
• Implement environmentally preferred practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
