The ideal candidate will lead 1–10 team members, coordinate daily tasks, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with the client. Open Monday through Friday with a $20/hr wage and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily tasks.
• Good time management and reliability to meet schedules.

• Physical stamina for cleaning duties and moving supplies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning tasks in designated areas (offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas).
• Dust, wipe, sweep, mop, vacuum and empty trash as needed.
• Clean windows and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure staff clock in, follow procedures and meet standards.
• Inspect areas to verify cleaning quality and client satisfaction.
