Job summary

MahlerClean in Southeast Wisconsin is hiring full-time and part-time cleaning professionals to lead a small crew across the greater Milwaukee area. The role involves transporting a team from our Brookfield office to client locations each night, with a start at 5:00pm and a finish around 2am, requiring reliable vehicle and insurance.

You will perform routine cleaning duties, coordinate with the team, and ensure top-quality service for our clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be accessible by telephone.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–3 cleaners at multiple Milwaukee-area locations.
• Transport team nightly from Brookfield office to client accounts and return.
• Perform general cleaning duties (trash, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting).
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for an experienced cleaner, housekeeper, or supervisor that will lead a crew of 2-3 full-time cleaners at various locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Qualified individuals will transport employees in a company vehicle to and from our Brookfield corporate office to various accounts on a nightly basis with a regular daily start time of 5:00pm Monday - Friday and an end time is approximately 2am. Proof of car insurance is required. vehicle required. In addition to transporting a team of cleaners, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties such as trash collection, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping of floors, dusting, etc. and ensuring that a high level of service is provided to our customers.
