Imperial Cleaning, based in Amityville, NY, is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee janitorial teams and coverage for various facilities. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to daily operations.

You will train staff, coordinate schedules, and respond to emergencies, ensuring high-quality service. This position offers growth within a supportive family culture and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Experience with Commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Results oriented: able to resolve challenges and emergencies quickly.
• Valid Driver's License – Company Car will be assigned.

• Replace custodial technicians or cover accounts.
• Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
• On-call for emergency situations— evenings and weekends.
• Screening for new custodial technicians.
• Work with managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
• Manage employee callouts.
• Correspond with custodial technicians.
• Report accidents/injury.
• Address and resolve employee performance issues.
