Q & A Cleaning Solutions has an opening for a Cleaning Specialist. In this role, the incumbent will perform tasks associated with this position, as well as other tasks as directed by management. We are looking for someone with strong work ethics to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties on weekends. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, operating equipment, and completing electronic paperwork. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. This position is a great second job to help with extra income. Direct deposit is provided every two weeks. We service clients 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Over 21 years old and U.S. Citizen
• A high school diploma or GED
• MUST pass background check
• Hold a valid Driver License
• A minimum of two years of commercial/industrial or sanitation janitorial experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery such as auto scrubbers
• Physical requirements involve various physical tasks and working conditions

Responsibilities

• Submitting electronic paperwork via Smartphone showing proof of work
• Performing cleaning, sterilizing, and restocking of public restrooms, including bodily fluids
• Removing and disposing of trash
• Following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Operating floor machines/auto scrubbers to clean floors
• Following all health and safety regulations
• Taking screenshots and uploading proof of work
• Attendance is mandatory
