Position Definition

The Cleaning Specialist performs janitorial tasks according to Imperial’s standards and customer requirements, emphasizing communication, dependability, and consistency.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the building in your area, you may be assigned to one or more of the following roles:

• Light Duty Specialist (Starter): Waste pickup, dusting, cleaning glasses, and other tasks as required.
• Vacuum Specialist (Closer): Vacuuming, repositioning furniture, and other tasks as required.
• Restroom Specialist (Sanitor): Sanitizing fixtures, refilling dispensers, cleaning mirrors, dusting, and other tasks as required.
• Utility Specialist: Deep mopping, machine operation, floor care, and other tasks as required.
