Requirements and Qualifications

• Arrive to work on time, in full uniform
• Adhere to all safety & sanitation standards to create "Ale House Raving Fans"
• Fulfill all responsibilities to ensure a "one great shift" operation
• Work with Team Members to meet all needs promptly
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including storage and disposal, and notify management when supplies need reordering
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, drains, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of FOH floors, windows, trash, and designated areas
• Ensure restroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and trash removal
• Clean back dock and parking lot areas
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Immediately notify management of any issues

Required Skills & Education

• Desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with cleaning tools like brooms and mops
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Must be at least 18 years old at hire

Physical Demands
