As we grow, we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors.

Job Description

As a cleaner with TopEndClean, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in a variety of settings, including offices, rental turnovers, and residential homes. You’ll work independently, manage your own schedule, and serve as a key part of our client experience.

This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and the potential to move into a full-time position based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks according to client checklists and expectations
• Complete jobs on time with a high standard of quality
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients
• Report job status, completion, and any issues to the TopEndClean team
• Use a smartphone for scheduling, directions, and simple reports via Google Forms
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide proof of general liability insurance (or be willing to obtain it)
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must have a smartphone with internet access
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
