Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface sanitizing
• Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Handle waste removal and recycling according to facility guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or supply needs
• Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Conduct deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or appliance cleaning as required
• Ensure all assigned areas meet quality and hygiene standards
• Secure facilities after cleaning when applicable (locking doors, turning off lights, etc.)
• Communicate any maintenance issues or unusual conditions to supervisors
