Sparkle -N- Shine LLC is seeking a Cleaning Professional to help deliver clean, welcoming spaces for our clients in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Fayette and Indiana County.

Position Summary

As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services that meet established standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to ensure each space is cleaned thoroughly, safely, and efficiently.

This full-time onsite role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys creating results you can see.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential or commercial cleaning tasks according to established procedures and quality standards

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including surfaces, fixtures, floors, and common areas

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following label directions and workplace guidelines

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies and tools used during each job

• Communicate with team members and/or supervisors to confirm priorities, job status, and any follow-up needs

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite Westmoreland, Allegheny, Fayette and Indiana County and reliably arrive to assigned locations

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards and instructions

• Ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions

Compensation

Hourly rate: $17.00
