Job summary

Central Maintenance & Service is seeking reliable individuals to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA. You will work Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, with overtime opportunities and a gas allowance. A company vehicle is provided during shifts, and travel between sites is compensated.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, and maintaining designated areas while adhering to health and safety regulations. Background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Must have physical stamina.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug test on hire.
• Ability to meet PA School Clearance requirements.

• Local travel between job sites; travel time is compensated.
• Company vehicle provided during shift.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning, trash removal).
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed per job specifications.

JOB DETAILS:

• Monday - Friday
• 4:00 pm - 12:00 am + OT (Flexible Start Time)
• $18.00/hr + Gas Allowance
• Over-time always available

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Local travel betweenjob sites- travel time iscompensated
• A company vehicle is provided during shift
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, restroom cleaning, trash removal as well as other general cleaning duties.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed per job specifications
