Job summary

Office Pride of Mason City is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead Front Line Cleaners, Site Supervisors and Team Leads while ensuring cleaning specifications meet Office Pride standards at the Mason City site.

You will oversee daily team activity, train staff, inspect facilities, manage supplies, and coordinate with the office to resolve client concerns—offering a clear path for advancement in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your team on a daily basis.
• Train and support new employees as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and provide retraining as necessary.
• Cross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when needed.
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and supplies; report problems/shortages.
• Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures at all times.
• Follow-up on customer complaints and coordinate with the office.
• Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
