Office Pride of Mason City is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead Front Line Cleaners, Site Supervisors, and Team Leads in Mason City, IA. The role focuses on ensuring cleaning specifications are met to Office Pride standards and provides opportunities for advancement based on performance.

You will oversee daily team operations, train new staff, conduct inspections, cross-train for coverage, and ensure equipment and supplies are adequate while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee your team on a daily basis.
• Train and support new employees as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and provide retraining as necessary.
• Cross-train employees to cover different buildings when needed.
• Ensure facilities have working equipment and supplies, report issues to the office.
• Enforce Office Pride policies, procedures, safety, and security at all times.
• Follow up on customer complaints with the office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
