Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate and assist employees in cleaning and maintaining commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. The role is full-time with hourly pay of $20.00 and shifts across Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight, seven days a week, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include task assignment, supervising 2–50 staff, training, addressing customer complaints, and direct oversight of performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years verifiable work history.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager.
• Perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees.
• Assist in training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.
