Job summary

You will maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate training and safety requirements while ensuring labor relations and compliance with company directives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the cleaning/janitorial arenas.
• Versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling and training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques.
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Makes rounds to check crew coverage and confirms compliance with directives.
