ABM is seeking an experienced Lead to supervise facility operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, guiding staff, and maintaining clean, safe buildings for workers and customers.

The Lead will oversee cleaning operations, manage schedules, and report to the Area Manager. This position emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on supervision at the assigned site.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building and ensure safety and compliance.
