Advaita Health is seeking a Cleaning Operations Associate to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across multiple locations. You’ll work a part-time, hourly schedule and report to the Facilities Manager, ensuring all areas stay sanitary and well-stocked.

This role requires reliability, good time management, and the ability to work independently across different sites. Physical stamina for daily lifting and standing is needed, with prompt communication as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple building locations.
• Attention to detail across every space and building.
• Strong time management across multiple locations and shifts.
• Reliability and independence, with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day.
• Clear, prompt communication with the Facilities Manager.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities across buildings and departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across general areas, restrooms, break rooms, and provider offices at all Advaita Health locations.
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager to stock supplies and flag maintenance needs before they become bigger problems.
