Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to help keep the casino, hotel public areas, and offices clean in a fast‑paced environment. You will work with a team, follow safety policies, and provide guest service with integrity and professionalism.

Starting at $12.76 per hour on second and third shifts, the role requires basic cleaning experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of cleaning experience in a commercial, hospitality, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Ability to complete Blood Borne Pathogens training.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning agents, tools, and equipment.
• Must interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Able to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of casino, hotel public areas, and offices.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop, and handle spills promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, brooms, and floor cleaners.

In this fast-paced, high energy environment where attention to detail is essential, how do we ensure our facilities are kept clean and looking good. As an Environmental Services (EVS) Attendant you will assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the casino, have the ability to work well in a team, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued success by demonstrating unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

• *Maintain cleanliness of company property including but not limited to the casino floor, hallways, offices and hotel public areas.
• *Clean all areas of the casino and assigned hotel including but not limited to in between slot machines, ash trays, trash cans, restrooms, offices and public areas; dust, clean windows, counter tops, furniture, and any other decorative object in the casino, assigned Hotel and/ or common areas.
• *Clean restrooms and scrub toilets, sinks, walls, and floors.
• *Remove all trash and recyclables and dispose of properly.
• *Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean any spills that occur.
• *Clean any bio hazard materials when it occurs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate cleaning equipment including but not limited to vacuums, brooms, floor cleaners, and mops.
• Report any repair or safety issues to Environmental Services management.
• Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of cleaning experience in a commercial, hospitality, or healthcare environment are preferred.
• The ability to successfully complete Blood Borne Pathogens training.
• The ability to work safely and effectively with various cleaning agents, tools, and equipment.
• The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
• The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the property for prolonged periods of time in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member is required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance occasionally. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The noise level is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases. The facility is not smoke free. While performing the duties of this job, the team member will use chemical cleaning products and may be exposed to blood borne pathogens.
