Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Cleaning Day Porter / Housekeeper for multiple locations in Livonia and surrounding areas. The role is part-time (Monday–Friday days, 8:00 am–5:00 pm), approximately 20–25 hours weekly, with pay at $17 per hour (drive time between sites when working at more than one location).

This position covers Livonia, Plymouth, Canton, Dearborn, and Northville, servicing medical facilities, schools, churches, and offices.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation.
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and flexible with schedule and location.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites to cover open shifts, call-offs, and vacations.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, floors, and surfaces; restock supplies.
• Train and support team members to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly.

Shift: Monday - Friday days between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (20-25 hours per week)

Pay is: $17 an hour (paid drive time between facility if you work at more than one location each day)

What You Will Do

• Clean and Disinfect - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh - Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony - Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact - Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.
