Base pay range

$20,000.00/yr - $22,000.00/yr

Sign-On Bonus Program - Earn Up to $1,000!

The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is offering a limited-time Sign-On Bonus! Apply between 5/15 and 6/30 to be eligible for a bonus up to $1,000, paid in two installments: $500 after 90 days, and $500 after 6 months. Note: Part-time roles qualify for half the bonus amount.

Job Description

The Crew Chief will supervise and support individuals with disabilities on a cleaning crew, providing training and ensuring tasks are completed to standards. The role involves travel throughout Ocean County to various contract sites, with at least one weekend shift per week required.

Pay & Schedule

Starting from $20.80 per hour, with bi-weekly pay, flexible evening and weekend hours.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points; ability to operate a 10-12 passenger van
• Two years of janitorial experience, including stripping and waxing large floors
• Ability to pass State and Federal Background checks
• High School Diploma or GED
