Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our client on-site. The role involves cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting and maintaining tidy environments, with additional tasks as required by standard work instructions.

Training is provided if you do not have prior experience, and the successful candidate will join a team focused on safety and community wellbeing. The role offers steady on-site hours and opportunities for growth within a global facilities company.

Qualifications

• Good social and communication skills required.
• Good oral and written English required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred; if not, full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surfaces and keeping areas neat and tidy.
• Carry out reasonable work instructions to the required standard.
• Perform regular and thorough treatments/inspections to maintain conditions.
• Dust control, vacuuming and mopping floors; buff/polish floors where needed.
• Cleaning duties repeated to ensure neatness and tidiness.
• Empty and reline waste bins and dispose of rubbish.
