Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Cleaning Attendant at our Eagan, MN location. You’ll maintain club cleanliness and manage daily and deep cleaning checklists to ensure a welcoming, safe and healthy environment for members and guests.

Role emphasizes consistent schedule, dependable performance, and a proactive approach to keep spaces grand-opening ready while representing the Crunch brand with high energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required
• Experience in service-oriented environment preferred
• Comfortable with physical requirements and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five
• Perform cleaning activities per the cleaning playbook and checklists
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with a sense of urgency
• Answer member questions about offerings and Crunch brand
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and healthy club environment
