You will perform sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitizing, dusting, trash handling, restocking supplies, and report maintenance needs. Candidates should have commercial cleaning experience, be dependable, and able to work independently in a school environment.

Looking for a consistent evening job with a Monday–Friday schedule? Clean Team Inc. is hiring an experienced General Cleaner to join our team at a school facility in the 43214 area of Columbus.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has commercial cleaning experience and takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and ready for the next school day.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday
5:00 PM–11:00 PM
30 hours per week

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas of the school clean, sanitary, and presentable, including:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Dusting desks, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Cleaning common areas and assigned spaces
• Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial cleaning experience is required.

We are looking for someone who is:

• At least 18 years old
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a school environment
• Professional and respectful around students, staff, and visitors
• Able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
• In possession of a valid driver's license
