Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Cherry Hill Township, NJ is looking for a dedicated individual to assist in delivering restoration services to retain customers effectively. Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma (or GED)
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills; ability to determine equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices to report and record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or specialty cleaning experience (Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Certificates: Highly desired from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.
• Opportunities to advance into: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly). Compensation levels reflect experience; hourly rate increases as certifications are gained; commissions are possible.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with new equipment and technology.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
