Job summary

National Maintenance Contractors is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Seattle, WA to oversee cleaning operations for multiple accounts. This permanent, full-time role pays $22.00 - $25.00 per hour and requires managing staff, ensuring quality, and maintaining client relationships.

You will travel between accounts, order supplies, review timekeeping, and ensure safety standards are followed. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Duties

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Supporting/communicating with cleaning employees
• Travelling account to account
• Maintaining client relationships
• Ordering supplies/materials for accounts
• Reviewing/approving timekeeping
• Cleaning restrooms
• Taking out the trash
