The position requires about 20 hours per week with rotating weekend shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is needed to access the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a janitor, custodian, or commercial cleaner.
• Strong familiarity with standard cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Waynesburg.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: vacuum, sweep, and mop floors across the facility.
• General cleaning: empty trash, wipe surfaces, and wash interior windows.
• Safety & maintenance: promptly wipe spills and manage hazards to keep the building safe.
• Security: securely lock doors and ensure building security after cleaning duties.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed to maintain a high cleanliness standard.

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team in Waynesburg, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our building impeccably clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

Schedule & Hours

This is a part‑time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week during the week, plus rotating weekend shifts:

• Monday – Friday: Regular weekday shifts (20 hours total)
• Weekends: Required every other weekend (4 hours on Saturday, 4 hours on Sunday)
