Job summary

ServiceMaster by Crane IFS is expanding its janitorial team in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on creating cleaner, healthier environments for client facilities through thorough cleaning and efficient supply management.

You’ll work in a part-time capacity, upholding safety, timeliness, and customer service standards. The position requires diligent, detail-oriented individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using approved products, tools and procedures
• Use all cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, etc.
• Keep an ongoing stock of supplies in designated areas such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
