TLC Janitorial has been a family-owned professional cleaning company since 1986. TLC offers the best paid in-house and ongoing training of any janitorial company. TLC Janitorial strives to create a positive work environment, while providing excellent customer service. Our office operates out of Wrentham, MA.

• Reports to our office in Wrentham, MA
• Paid drive time
  
  

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Effectively and efficiently clean buildings with any of the following: offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, industrial facilities
• Reporting any issues noticed out in the field during your shift
• Train current/new employees to clean using the proper TLC methods in the field
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. This position does require you to work varying shifts and varying days (including weekend)
• 3+ year of cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing floors is a plus
• Experience with carpet care is preferred (extracting, shampooing etc)
• Must have clean driving record and pass motor vehicle check
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Successful completion of Background check is required
• Effectively communicate in English
• Meticulous attention to detail
