Job Description

Part‑Time – 4 hours/day (3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.). Salary as per ACSEA Contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building cleaning duties, including kitchens, offices, rooms, clinics, halls, stairs, laboratories, and other similar units.
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors using brooms, sweepers, and polishers.
• Dust furniture and equipment with rags and polish.
• Wash windows and window sills.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, and other utensils when assigned to a kitchen.
• Clean and service lavatories with paper and soap.
• Polish glass panels in doors and partitions.
• Collect and dispose of paper and garbage properly.
• Perform related tasks such as collecting papers, garbage trays, changing light bulbs.
• Assist with putting away supplies and equipment as needed.
• Deliver mail, packages, and supplies.
• Assist in maintenance helper class on a seasonal basis.
• Assist in snow removal when assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
