Job summary

Dexterra Group is hiring part-time cleaners to service an outdoor shopping mall in San Diego. The role involves exterior and interior cleaning across restrooms, floors, and common areas, with outdoor work in varying weather.

Shifts run 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, about 20–30+ hours weekly, with benefits and a supportive team culture. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team, with flexible weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• General knowledge of janitorial cleaning practices.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the property.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall.

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining clean, safe and presentable areas throughout the property. This role includes both exterior and interior cleaning duties, including restrooms, floors, outdoor areas and common areas.

This is an active position that requires employees to spend time working outdoors. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the property.

Work Environment

This position supports an outdoor shopping mall, and employees may be required to work both inside and outside throughout their shift.

Outdoor duties may include cleaning:

• Parking lots
• Sidewalks and walkways
• Exterior entrances
• Stairs
• Elevator areas
• Compactor areas
• Other exterior common areas

Employees must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, cold and snow.
