Job Summary:

This role involves basic cleaning of office buildings and medical facilities in MN, including all common areas, exam rooms, office spaces, restrooms, eating areas, docks, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, polishing, and other assigned tasks.

Job Site: Minneapolis, MN

Schedule: Full Time & Part Time, 1st and 2nd shifts

Requirements:

• Willingness to work assigned hours

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all basic cleaning tasks
• Move, vacuum, and reposition furniture; empty trash and replace liners
• Check and empty trash containers
• Clean using dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, and spot cleaning glass
• Handle additional duties such as attending to flooded areas, spills, and restroom concerns
• Restock carts and closets at shift end
• Clean restrooms, including restocking supplies, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, partition doors, walls, floors, toilets, and urinals
