Workstream is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to fill a vital role in our facilities. You will keep buildings clean, perform heavy-duty cleaning, and assist with maintenance tasks while following sanitation procedures.

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, and able to multitask with strong communication skills. The position requires responsibility for maintaining a tidy, safe environment including restrooms, floors, windows, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in a clean condition (floors, surfaces).
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning and regular maintenance activities.
• Engage in repair activities when needed.
• Gather and empty indoor trash and service restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Move equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed.
• Inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment for Cleaner/Janitor duties.
• Organize spraying of fumigant and insecticides as required.

• Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties
• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties
• Organizing and executing spraying of fumigant and insecticides
