ServiceMaster Clean has been delivering cleaning services for facilities to create cleaner, healthier environments for our customers. This role performs essential duties to maintain cleanliness and safety in client sites.

Expect reliable, punctual team members with strong attention to detail. Training will be provided, with opportunities for career advancement within the organization, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• English communication required; bilingual preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cell phone and reliable transportation required.
• Past cleaning experience is a plus.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Bagging and removing trash


• Sweep, mop, and vacuum


• Clean restrooms


• Ensure cleaning duties are performed to company standards


• Follow ServiceMaster's standards, products, processes, and procedures


• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required


• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual preferred)


• Reliable and punctual


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to lift and and/or carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must have a cell phone


• Reliable transportation


• Past cleaning experience a plus


• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching


• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses


• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn


• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must


• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
