Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrate initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
• Perform snow removal, janitorial and grounds duties as required.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Regularly inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
• Work professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to On-call.
• Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
