This position involves cleaning vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy, as well as maintaining property common areas, offices, and model units. The cleaner reports to the Resident Manager and Property Manager and collaborates closely with maintenance staff.

Essential Job Duties:

• Clean the property’s office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a scheduled basis
• Prepare vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy
• Maintain the property's landscape and exterior appearance, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and exterior hallways
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ concerns and maintenance needs professionally and courteously
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors
• Assist with inventory control
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Competencies:

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
• Ability to follow directions and complete projects on time
• Adherence to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training
• Relevant experience preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role operates in a professional office environment and involves traveling between properties, often in varying weather conditions. Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
