Join RamClean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services as a Cleaner - Floater - Full Time - Columbus, OH.

Job Details

Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

We seek an experienced commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian to serve as a lead cleaner and floater. We value hardworking individuals eager to prove themselves.

Shift Information

• Days: Monday - Friday, with some Saturday/Sunday work
• Times: Flexible; overtime available

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in cleaning various accounts across Columbus and central Ohio, including areas like Powell, Marysville, Dublin, and others.
• Travel within the area using a reliable vehicle; travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Fill in for staff on vacation, sick leave, or time off, and help with new account setups.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
• Availability to work 50 hours weekly
• Experience with floor care, stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, etc.
• Good attitude, work ethic, and communication skills
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience with window cleaning
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (additional pay)
