Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a General Cleaner to join our facility services team in Sioux Falls, SD. The role covers cleaning office spaces, cubicles, training rooms, fitness areas, restrooms, breakrooms and locker rooms across three busy buildings with heavy foot traffic.

Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning. Applicants must be 18+, English-speaking, able to lift 30 lbs, and pass a background check.

• Pre-employment criminal background check required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Job description

General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.

Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 9:30pm

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Requirements:

Consists of office space, cubicles, training room, fitness room, restrooms, breakroom & locker rooms. There are 3 separate buildings to clean. These are very, very busy buildings with a lot of foot traffic. There is a lot of mud, dirt, etc. tracked into these buildings. Applicant must be dependable & very detailed oriented. There is a lot of hard floors to sweep and mop or auto-scrub. There is a small auto-scrubber that is utilized in the common areas.

• You ++must++ be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you ++must++be able to speak English.
• A pre‑employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
