Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking reliable custodial staff to help maintain a clean, safe gym environment. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, restrooms, and common areas while ensuring supplies are stocked and rooms are sanitized.

The role is part-time with a night schedule, 11:00 pm to 5:00 am, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. This in-person position offers opportunities to stay active while supporting member health and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure sanitization.
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, and gym areas.
• Clean, mop, scrub, polish and disinfect bathrooms as needed.
• Maintain bathroom supplies (towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in assigned areas.
• Empty trash in all assigned areas and gym.
• Keep all floor areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe equipment for safety hazards.
• Current CPR Certification.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the overall gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, polishes, and disinfects all bathroom areas as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empties trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observes equipment for potential safety hazards.
• Current CPR Certification

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift 11:00 pm -5:00 am
• Weekends as needed
