Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking part-time custodial staff to join our team in a high-traffic gym environment. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of equipment, bathrooms, and common areas while adhering to safety standards.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible Day/Night shifts. In-person, on-site work location with opportunities to ensure a welcoming, no-judgments atmosphere for gym members.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial work preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and sanitize it.
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the gym.
• Clean, mop, scrub, polish, and disinfect all bathroom areas as needed.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empty trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintain all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observe equipment for potential safety hazards.
• Current CPR Certification.
