The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused Cleaner for our 62+ active adult community - Affinity at Mirabeau, located in Spokane Valley, WA. As a Cleaner, you will perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment.

• Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents' quality of life.
• Build rapport with residents.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas daily.
• Follow a schedule for cleaning office spaces and vacant apartments after move-outs.
• Clean and organize the pool house and related spaces regularly.
• Replace towels in the pool area daily.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist in outdoor debris removal and trash management.
• Clean elevator cabs, lobbies, and door tracks as scheduled.
• Comply with all policies and Fair Housing laws.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

What We Are Seeking
