Job description

Join to apply for the Cleaner 3rd Shift - Immediate Hire role at Ubiquity Resources Group, Inc.

Responsible for general oversight, cleaning, and stocking supplies in all public areas inside and outside of the assigned building, including restrooms. Respond to business management needs in a timely and effective manner. May need to clean secured areas that cannot be cleaned at night.

Job Duties
  1. Respond to building requests as instructed.
  2. Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
  3. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, and phones.
  4. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  5. Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, dispose of trash into dumpsters and bags for proper disposal.
  6. Use equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
  7. Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  8. Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  9. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
  10. Follow all health and safety regulations.
  11. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  12. Monitor lobby areas and plaza for cleanliness.
  13. Maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors; vacuum and spot-clean carpets as needed.
  14. Clean fingerprints and marks from glass doors and mirrors.
  15. Perform high and low detail dusting and vacuuming.
  16. Work in environments with exposure to dust, gas, fumes, and temperature extremes.
  17. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
  18. Act as a professional contact for clients, demonstrating high communication skills.
  19. Work independently with minimal supervision, determining daily tasks.
  20. Perform all physical aspects of the job, including continuous walking and standing.
  21. Communicate effectively with management and customers.

Job fair scheduled for Friday, 6/20, from 9 am to 4 pm. Please bring 2 forms of ID (no laminated social security cards). Details to follow.

Work Schedule

10 pm - 6:30 am, 40 hours per week.
