CAROLINA SERVICES OF THE TRIAD INC is seeking a reliable janitor cleaner for a school environment in Winston-Salem, NC. This first-shift position pays $12.50 per hour and requires walking across campus to assigned buildings.

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and break rooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash, and assisting with special projects as needed by management.

Responsibilities

• Empties waste baskets and transports trash to disposal area
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums
• Washes walls, ceilings and vents
• Dusts furniture, light fixtures and equipment
• Assists with workload and special projects as assigned by management

Job Description

Looking for candidates in the Winston Salem, NC area for a school environment

First Shift

Monday thru Friday 5:00am to 2:00pm

Pay Rate is $12.50 per hour.

Will need to walk accross campus to get to your assigned buildings.

Janitorial Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Cleans classrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, cafeteria, break rooms and other areas.


• Assigned to clean locker rooms


• Replenishes paper and soap products in rest rooms, clean mirrors, showers, sinks, and toilets.


• Empties and cleans waste baskets and take trash and waste to disposal area.


• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums.


• Washes walls, ceilings and vents.


• Washes windows, blinds, door panels ledges and sills.


• Dusts furniture, light fixtures and equipment.


• Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other employees.


• Assists with special projects as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk across large campus to buildings


• Bending, stooping and reaching up


• Lifting up to 50lbs
