Cleantec is seeking reliable Janitorial Workers, Commercial Cleaners and Custodians to join our Central New York team. No experience required; we provide on-the-job training and immediate start options to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and trash and recycling management. We offer flexible shifts with competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 per hour, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive work history and reliability preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Position: Janitorial Worker / Commercial Cleaner / Custodian

What You'll Be Responsible For:

As a valuable member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Sweeping: Keeping floors clean and presentable.
• Mopping: Making sure floors shine like new.
• Dusting: Removing dust and maintaining a tidy environment.
• Vacuuming: Ensuring carpets are spotless.
• Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning: Keeping these areas in top condition.
• Trash & Recycling Management: Efficiently handling waste disposal.

Flexible Shifts:

We offer flexible scheduling options, with shifts available during both morning and evening hours to suit your availability.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting at $16.00 per hour, ranging between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Your hard work deserves recognition!
