Job summary

Rolfson Oil, LLC is seeking immediate openings for janitorial staff to support their growing fuel and logistics business in Texas. The role involves cleaning offices, shop and yard areas, handling daily maintenance tasks, restocking supplies, and responding to urgent cleaning requests.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for long periods.
• Work outside and inside year round.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General clean-up of all areas of the building as directed.
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.
• Manage routine upkeep of offices, shop, yard and other exterior areas; complete non-routine cleaning per job orders.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Refill supplies (toilet paper, towels).
• Perform maintenance related to cleaning (bathrooms sanitary).
• Order new cleaning supplies as needed.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily; prepare bins for pickup.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Since 1985 Rolfson Oil has delivered bulk fuel and lubricants to business, agriculture, and the oil fields in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado. Our operations have expanded over the past year, growing from one to seven different U.S. basins during that time.

Responsibilities

• Performing general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
