Job summary

BaptistCare's Orana Centre in Point Clare is seeking experienced Cleaners for a permanent part-time position. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, interact with residents with care, and support a safe, clean living environment.

Supervisor experience is highly desired and involvement in staff safety is expected. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience, with superannuation, casual loading and salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Understanding of work health and safety practices.
• Ability to work unsupervised and undertake physically demanding tasks.

About the role

Reporting to the Residential Manager, Orana Centre is seeking experienced Cleaners to join their team on a permanent part-time basis to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. If you’re reliable, motivated and passionate about caring for older people, we would love to hear from you.

Supervisor experience highly desired.

Week 1: Mon 7 -1530, Tues 8 -1630, Wed 7-11, Sunday 7-11

Week 2: Tues 8-1630, wed 7-11, Sat 7-11, Sun 7-11

About you

The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys interacting with older people. You will need previous experience in cleaning along with understanding of work health and safety practices. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $27.77 - $29.98hr + superannuation + casual loading + salary packaging.
