Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Fort Knox, KY. You will help ensure the property’s appearance and condition aligns with ownership and management objectives.

This role operates at a federal facility, and a REAL ID compliant driver’s license/ID is required to access the site per the REAL ID Act. You will perform cleaning tasks across homes and common areas, maintaining supplies and working to minimize vacancy while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and meet driving records standards.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Clean areas in common spaces such as Community Centers, offices, bathrooms, windows and floors.
• Carry and maintain cleaning supplies to perform duties.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Handle additional cleaning tasks in common areas, including trash pickup and community trash removal.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Responsible for cleaning activities in common areas, including Community Centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
• Completing work quickly and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• Responsible for other common area cleaning, including trash pick-up, doggie waste station clean-up and community trash removal.
• This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a High School program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
