Role Description: Cleaning Contractor (1099)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metro | Type: Flexible Schedule | Pay: $750–$150+ per completed job

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to join our growing team. This is not a W2 job — it’s an opportunity to earn great money per job with a schedule that works for you.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Pre-sale interior home cleanings (surface & deep)
• Appliance and baseboard cleaning
• Junk removal and garage sweep-outs
• Curb appeal touch-ups (optional)
• Taking before-and-after photos at each job site

Pay Structure

• Flat-rate pay per job: $75–$150+ depending on size and scope
• Add-on bonuses: Paid extra for junk removal, pressure washing, or urgent jobs
• Weekly payouts via Zelle, Venmo Business, Cash, or direct deposit
• Flexible jobs — work when you're available; take on 1 job or 5 a week

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential/commercial cleaning or junk removal
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Attention to detail and pride in completing thorough, photo-worthy work
• Must have own transportation and basic cleaning supplies
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and complete full-service cleans
• Willingness to take and upload before/after photos of every job
