Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
• Notify management concerning repairs or building system issues
• Establish effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean glass surfaces and replace blinds
• Manage trash and perform seasonal outdoor tasks
• Clean food service areas and service restrooms
